What is the processing time?
Every item is made to order. Please allow 14-21 business days for processing time. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been completed and shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to U.S., Canada, Singapore, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia. Shipping time and cost will vary depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been completed and shipped.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Our products are custom made to order, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any of our products. We work hard to help guide you while shopping by adding detailed product descriptions and information. Please reach out to us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
Charming Floofs & Co. is not in any way responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Items may not be replaced due to damage while in transit or upon delivery. We are also not responsible for damage due to excessive use, misuse, or the result of general wear and tear of any of our products.
Are there any incentives for buying more products?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 for U.S. and Canada only.
What if I made a mistake while placing my order?
If you made a mistake while placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible within 24 hours of submitting your order. We handmake each product and they are customized, so we may not be able to fix any mistakes made once we have started designing your item(s) but we will certainly try and work with you. No refunds are issued for mistakes made on your behalf during the ordering process. If Charming Foofs & Co makes a mistake please let us know - we will gladly do our best to rectify anything incorrect.
What if my name is too long?
There will be certain products where the number of characters are limited. Please check product descriptions to make sure your name will fit. If there is a product where your name doesn’t fit, we recommend using a nickname or feel free to contact us if you’re not sure and we will help you determine the best option.
What are the measurements of the tags/keychains?
Please see product descriptions for the different sizes. It’s best to check each product description before ordering.
Do you make custom orders?
We love custom orders! Please DM us on Instagram @charmingfloofs OR submit a contact form to discuss any custom tags or keychains you would like and don’t see on our site. Processing time may vary for custom orders, depending on whether we have the materials needed or have to source the materials.
Will my tag/keychain look exactly like the picture?
All of our products are handmade so they may vary slightly. This includes the color, placement, design, shape and size.
Despite every effort to accurately represent each product’s color and style, there may be variances due to differences in computer or mobile device settings.
What material do you use to make my tag/keychain?
We hand pour epoxy resin in each of our tags and keychains. Curing can take anywhere from 24-48 hours per pour so we ensure our products are properly cured before ready for packaging.
How do I care for my resin tag/keychain?
Rinse in lukewarm soap and water. Please do not use any harsh chemicals. Using a microfiber or any soft cloth, gently wipe to dry. Do not rub or scratch because this will result in wearing down the item. Long periods of sun exposure may cause discoloration, so it's best to avoid direct sun contact.

Our products and merchandise may present a choking hazard. Never leave pets or children unsupervised with products. Discontinue use and safely dispose of any broken, damaged, or defective products. Use of our products is solely at your own risk. Charming Floofs & Co. shall not be held liable for any harm or damages relating to use, wear, or other conduct, of any product or merchandise sold on this website.
